We don't require employees to have retail experience, but we expect our retail associates to have excellent customer service skills and be able to do the following:

• Writing reports for manager/owner after each day 
• Assisting with the selling of our store's products and assisting to maximize sales.
• Stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing cleaning duties.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Solving customer complaints and answering customer questions.
